✅ Eligibility for Return:

  • The product must be unused, in its original packaging, and with all accessories/manuals included.

  • The original invoice or proof of purchase must be provided.

  • Returns are accepted only for defective, damaged, or incorrect items.

  • To request a return, please contact us at support@nomrp.com with your order details and a continuous, uncut, and unedited video showing the product’s condition—from unboxing to the point where the issue (defect, damage, etc.) becomes clearly visible.

  • Products damaged due to misuse or unauthorized repair.

  • Items with missing serial numbers, accessories, or packaging.

  • Certain personal or hygiene-based electronics (e.g., earphones, trimmers) once opened.

🔄 Return Process:

  1. Contact us within 5 days of delivery via email or WhatsApp with your order details.

  2. Our team will review your request and arrange a pickup or return shipping as applicable.

  3. Once the item is received and inspected, your refund or replacement will be processed within 3–5 business days.
